American Rescue Plan
The American Rescue Plan includes $3 billion in funding for six programs being administered by the U.S. Economic Development Administration. On August 5, 2021, MIPA offered an Informational Session on these programs, what projects might be eligible in the Mid-Iowa region, and the process of applying.
